RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns accepted only in case of wrong Product delivery. For damage product, only exchange can be done for same product. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK UNEDITED PICTURES OF PRODUCT BEFORE ORDERING AVAILABLE ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES AND WEBSITE.

IMPORTANT:

Once, the order is delivered, kindly make a 360-degree parcel opening video without any pause, trim, or cuts ensuring the parcel opening is clearly visible. No claims of defective/wrong product without a parcel opening video will be entertained.

Parcel needs to be opened and checked same day as delivered. Customer has to return a product within 2 days. For Fragile items like Mirrors, No claims will be accepted if product is kept in house and open 24 hours after delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return label can be downloaded and print 

If your return is accepted, You will need to send the product to the address provided by our customer service team at your own cost.

DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED :

In case you have received a damaged item please send us the Opening Video of Item and Courier Bag so that we can raise the issue with the courier company. We need this to make the claim with courier company. In case of non availability of the video we won’t be able to accept the return or claim of receipt of damage product.

For Fragile items like Mirrors, Glass, You will need to dispose the broken item and we do not accept returns on it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Refunds will be done only in form of Gift Cards. Refund processing time is 7 Days.

Gift Cards can be used to make new purchases. Valid for 3 months of issue.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@hoorainenterprises.com.

Tracking your Order

Once your order is shipped , tracking information will be sent to you via email or on your phone through Text message or Whatsapp message (if you are a regular whatsapp user). Please note that the tracking information on courier service provider’s website is normally available after 24 Business hours once the shipping label is created. Please note that the order status may show “Processing” till the time it is not delivered.
